Run a daily group-service review
Review unanswered requests, unresolved work, staff coverage and exceptions without mistaking message volume for customer outcomes.
Start with customers still waiting
Sign in to panel.bow.chat and open Groups Monitoring or the Group SLAs view shown for your account. Select the intended inbox, groups and date period before reviewing the operation. Advanced reports and export features depend on the account's enabled access.
Use first-group setup before comparing a new group's performance. Participant mapping and policy determine which messages create requests and which replies satisfy the clocks.
Review in this order
- Who has not received a response? Inspect unanswered customer requests, the opening message and request age. Arrange a responder or cover.
- Who received a reply but still needs completion? Inspect open resolution work, its due time and the latest staff update. Remove the operating dependency or escalate.
- Did the conversation contain a separate issue? Review grouped follow-ups and the original request. Use Start new request when the issue is genuinely independent work.
- Was the work completed but left open? Check the source conversation and closure rules. Use the authorized Resolve action when appropriate.
- Is the expected staff member available? Review staff mapping, group access and temporary-cover state. Correct the access or cover exception.
Check the request before changing the rule
Open the source context before calling a breach a false alarm. A prompt acknowledgement with an outstanding dispatch or technical answer can be correctly overdue under response plus resolution.
If the participant mapping is wrong, correct it for the intended scope and verify with new messages. Do not assume every historical request or report is recalculated. If a new closure keyword is added, it applies to new staff messages; use Resolve for an older request already completed.
Use reports to ask a better question
Activity and staff reports help compare the selected groups, days and people. A message count describes activity; it does not prove response quality or completion. A quiet group may have no demand or may have an access/coverage problem. Check the conversation and setup before concluding either.
Use the report's displayed definitions and date selection. When exporting, choose the intended period and permitted fields and follow your organization's customer-data handling rules. An export is not permission for another team or external tool to read the messages.
End with a named next action
Leave the review knowing who handles each waiting customer and which operational decision is needed. Keep the original request and time context; changing an alert recipient or consolidating alerts does not erase the breach. Review the action on the next pass rather than use a lower alert count as proof of service improvement.
